How to use Tasks
Create your first Task in Reclaim to start defending time for your to-dos directly on your calendar. Tasks help bridge the gap between your always changing to-do list and your availability, so you can make sure you have the time defended to work on your important items before deadlines come up.

How to create a Task
Creating a New Task can be done from within the Reclaim app, as well as across other native integrations.
From anywhere in Reclaim click + New Task in the upper-right corner, or use the keyboard shortcut ‘C’ to pull up the Task creator.
Fill out the total duration, and choose Split Up if it's a larger task and you would like to have it broken into multiple time slots on your calendar. Then choose the minimum and maximum duration of those time slots, and add the Due Date.
Click Create to start scheduling the Task.
You can also schedule a Task (or Habit) directly on the Planner by clicking or dragging anywhere in the future, just as you would in Google or Outlook.
Note: These events will stay locked where you create them.
