How to change the Priority of Lunch
Click Priorities in the left sidebar. You’ll see the headers Critical, High, Medium, and Low Priority across columns.
Click and drag your Lunch Habit into a different column.
Or you can click on the bar icon 📶 to set a new priority for the event.
How to change the Priority of Lunch again
On your Planner in the right-side menu, you can see an overview of all your Priorities. Each of your Reclaim events will be tagged with a priority level, indicated by the bar icon 📶 to the right.
Find Lunch in the list and change the priority by clicking on the bar icon 📶 and setting a new priority.
Native calendar events: All non-Reclaim events on your calendar will always be set to Critical by default so they will never be overbooked by Reclaim, unless you manually change their priority level.
Focus Time: Focus Time is prioritized a little differently than your other Reclaim smart events:
Habits, Tasks, and Smart Meetings will be scheduled before Focus Time, regardless of priority levels. This allows you to build a more concrete plan for the week if you're using other smart features, while still protecting extra time in the week with Focus to help you meet your goals.
Scheduling Links will see Focus Time events as High Priority, meaning that only Critical Scheduling Links will show those slots as available times to meet.
