How to enable Calendar Sync
Enable a Calendar Sync policy in Reclaim to prevent double-bookings across multiple calendars. By syncing events from your personal or other calendars, you’ll ensure your primary calendar always reflects your true availability. Enabling Calendar Sync is optional, but highly recommended.

How to block time on your work calendar for a personal commitment
From your personal calendar, create an event called ‘Test Event.’ Make note of the day and time of the event.
Navigate to your work calendar and check that there’s an event corresponding to the date and time of the personal event.
Click on the event and check that it contains the following text in the description: 'This event was created by Reclaim.'
For Google users: To view the name of the personal event, click on a personal event on your work calendar and click on the Reclaim add-on. The name of the event will appear in the top portion of the add-on.
Reschedule the event on your personal calendar to a new day and time.
Check that the scheduled day and time of the synched event on your work calendar matches that of your personal calendar.
From your personal calendar, remove the event named ‘Test Event.’
