Using Dropbox Paper

Paper helps ignite your (or your team's) creative process. You can write and edit with others in real-time, get feedback, brainstorm, review and approve work, and even manage projects right where you're working. In this short video, learn how to use Dropbox Paper to get started with this powerful collaboration feature.

What is Dropbox Paper?

Start by entering some text into the Paper doc. Format the text. Do you want it bold, italicized, bigger? Make a checklist. Need to assign one of those tasks to someone else? No problem. @mention them and they’ll be notified. Start a new paragraph. Does it need an image? Without typing, hover your mouse until you see a plus sign appear. Click the plus sign and add an image. You can leave a comment or question for someone specific. You can even add a sticker or a smiley face. And when you’re ready to send out your Paper doc to your team members, click Invite on the top right-hand corner.
