Hello admin. Welcome to Dropbox. Let's get started.

The first thing you'll notice when you log in to Dropbox for the first time is your admin console. This may look different depending on your level of access, but generally provides an overview of the people on your team, what level of access they all have, as well as a host of controls to manage things like security, billing, and more.

Now let's invite some people to your team. From here, you can do a lot, starting with setting up a folder structure that helps your team stay organized and connected. As an admin, you can always visit the admin console to see who has access to your Dropbox folders and suspend or revoke access at any time.

With Dropbox Advanced Team or Enterprise Controls, you can even log into Dropbox as a team member to troubleshoot any issues or organize an employee's account before their start date. And if one of your fellow admins or members of your team decides to leave, you can easily suspend or delete them from your team account altogether.
