What’s the Admin console
The Admin console is the central hub for managing your organization's Dropbox Sign account.
While team members focus on sending and managing documents, admins are responsible for managing the people, settings, and policies that support those workflows.
As an admin, you can:

Control security settings.
Access reporting and compliance tools.
Think of the Admin console as the place where you manage how Dropbox Sign operates across your organization.
Accessing the Admin console
To open the Admin console:
Sign in to Dropbox Sign.
Select the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Click Admin console.
The Admin console opens in a separate management experience designed specifically for admins. When you're ready to return to the standard Dropbox Sign interface, select Return to Dropbox Sign from the left sidebar.
Understanding the admin role

You'll use this area to invite users, update roles, and manage account access. For many admins, this is one of the most frequently used areas of the Admin console, especially when people are joining, changing roles, or leaving the organization.
Teams
Manage your organizational structure by creating and maintaining teams and sub-teams.
If your organization has a single group of Dropbox Sign users, you may not need this section often. However, if different departments, regions, or business units use separate workflows, this section can help keep users organized while maintaining appropriate separation between groups.
This section is especially important for organizations using Multi-teams.
Reporting
Access reports that help you understand:

Compliance information
Reports can help admins monitor adoption, identify trends, and support compliance requirements.
They're especially useful for larger teams or when you need to demonstrate Dropbox Sign usage to stakeholders.

Changes made here can affect your entire organization. Take your time when updating settings and make sure you understand the impact before saving changes, as some updates take effect immediately across the account.

Understanding account-level vs personal settings
Dropbox Sign includes both personal settings and organization settings.
Tip
Before making changes, take a moment to confirm where you're making the change.
This distinction matters more than it might seem. It's easy to update a setting in your personal account and expect the change to apply across your organization.
If a change doesn't appear to affect other users, check whether it was made in your personal account settings or in the Admin console. Organization-wide changes must be always made from the Admin console.
