How to make Dropbox files available offline

Transcripción

Your files don't stop working when Wi Fi does. Here's how to make it available offline in Dropbox. I'm Calvin, and I'll show you how to make your files available offline on mobile and desktop. On mobile, open the Dropbox app and find the file or folder. Tap the three dot menu, then select make available offline. Dropbox downloads it to your device so you can open it without a connection. On desktop, open your Dropbox folder in Finder or File Explorer.

Right click the file or folder and select Make available offline. When you're back online, Dropbox syncs any changes automatically. To save space later, set the file back to online only on desktop or turn off make available offline on mobile. You're all set. Your files are saved to your device and ready whenever you need them. If this helped, why not share it? And if you enjoyed this type of content, please like and subscribe to our channel where we'll be bringing you more creative ways on how to use Dropbox.
